While designing the Bergrefugium, one principle guided every decision: quality over quantity. That is why we created just six exceptionally spacious chalet suites instead of fitting in as many apartments as possible. Travelling with extended family or friends? Thanks to connecting doors, two chalet suites can be combined to create a spacious six- or eight-bedroom suite.
We believe that the greatest luxury is spending quality time together – and that's exactly what our mountain retreat is designed for.

This layout provides plenty of privacy, allowing everyone to enjoy their own activities – whether relaxing or playing – without disturbing one another. Every chalet suite also features a private, secluded garden with a terrace, a stainless steel hot tub and a private sauna. Children have plenty of space to play and explore before heading off to discover the many family attractions in the Hochkönig region.
